§3 Offer and conclusion of contract The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding invitation to place an order. By submitting the order, the customer makes a binding offer. Acceptance is confirmed by an order confirmation sent by email.
§4 Prices and payment All prices include statutory value added tax. Payment is made by credit card, PayPal, instant transfer, or Klarna.
§5 Delivery Shipping takes place within 3–7 business days. Shipping costs range from $3.95 to $9.95, depending on the country of delivery.
§6 Right of withdrawal Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal. For details, see “Cancellation Policy.”
§7 Retention of Title The goods remain the property of the seller until full payment has been received.
§8 Warranty and Liability No warranty or liability is assumed for defects, except in cases of gross negligence or intent.
§9 Place of Jurisdiction The place of jurisdiction for all disputes is Germany.
