1. How do the sizes fit?
Our products are cut wide to offer a modern, relaxed look. You will find a size chart on each product page for optimal guidance.
2. How do returns work?
You can return your order within 14 days of receipt. Simply contact us by email. Our customer service team will then send you all the return information you need. Returns are usually processed within 2–3 business days.
3. What should I do if there is a manufacturing defect?
We apologize if your item is defective. Please send us a message immediately with a photo of the defect. We will take care of a replacement or refund as quickly as possible – easily and reliably.
4. Where are your products manufactured?
Our collections are created with great care in Turkey. The final finishing touches – such as prints or details – are done in Bavaria. This is how we combine international quality with regional refinement.
5. How long does delivery take?
Within Germany, delivery usually takes 3–5 business days. During periods of high order volume, there may be occasional delays. Once your package has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation including tracking information.
6. When will my return be processed?
Once you have informed us of your return, we will process it within 2–3 business days. You will be notified by email as soon as the process is complete.
